One-on-One Training

Most of us are aware just how hard it is to stay motivated when managing your own exercise program, often for limited results. There are a vast amount of do's and don’ts for weight loss and exercise, and unfortunately it can get confusing and sometimes misleading. This is why SeaChange Fitness has a realistic and scientifically sound approach to creating individualised training programs for every client.

At SeaChange it is all about being motivated to reach your fitness goals, while having fun improving your quality of life. We offer a fast, safe and efficient approach to training due to the knowledge, and the 100% attention, from an experienced trainer.


What is involved?

We are constantly working to keep our sessions interesting and fresh for all clients. We believe exercise should be something you look forward to, and that you should leave each session with a sense of acheivement. The basic structure of a typical session could involve (but is never limited to):

  • Warm Up - boxing, bike, skipping, jogging, or a walk.
  • Strength and/or Cardio workout – Outdoor cardio session, weights session in gym
  • Core Work
  • Cool Down
  • Stretching
  • Massage


What are the benefits?

What does it cost?

At SeaChange Fitness, we have gone out of our way to talk to our clients and work out the types of payment plans that suit them. You will find our prices to be extremely competitive within the fitness industry.

Personal training sessions start from as low as $35 per session. You can mix and match the number of outdoor and gym sessions, and may choose to pay at each individual session or purchase a discounted package upfront.
