- What do I need to bring to a training session?
- For all training sessions, all you need to bring is:
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Comfortable clothing & footwear
- A great attitude
- What happens if it rains?
We only cancel if it's VERY wet or unbearable. We'll try to give as much notice as possible, but if in doubt then call or text us for confirmation.
If possible we'll shift the session to the indoor gym, but otherwise we'll make it up at a time that suits both parties.

- Personal Training
- How does a personal trainer help me to achieve faster results?
Personal training is about qualified trainers working with a client to help them in reaching their health and fitness goals. Programs are created with the client's needs and preferences as the basis, and the client is able to learn more about their body, and ensure they utilise efficient methods, based upon the knowledge and skills from the trainer.
Having a personal trainer also reduces the risk of injury, as clients are always spotted by experienced and qualified trainers throughout exercises.
